This week in our CSA we received a summer squash, eggplant, beets, broccoli, celery, peas, bell peppers, hot peppers, onions, zucchini, cucumbers, green beans, and a little bundle of thyme. Since we were gone Saturday through Monday, I wanted to make sure to use up
